Describe the challenge you want to address:: they can't do alot to get a job because they don't know how to speak english - people can't get jobs to get money because they only want you to work all day but your life to live so you can't
What is the solution to the challenge?: make some classes closer to people or just make online classes without moving place to place - make it so you have 2 weeks off when you have something come up or just let them to work from home and at work
