Describe the challenge you want to address:: In NYC there is a lot of gun violence and you probably only feel bad for the family and or people impacted right? Well the person with the gun probably was in a bad place in life and did it to cope.
What is the solution to the challenge?: One thing i've noticed is when I have something bad in my mind, when I draw and or paint it takes my mind off of it. So I think an Art workshop for the people checked would work well.
