Working parents might need space and activities for their kids. Libraries can be utilized more with its empty spaces and the youth are preoccupied with their phones.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Sharing treasures from the past. Older generation can interact with the kids to share their treasures from the past; i.e. old cameras, old jewelry, and arts and crafts.
