Describe the challenge you want to address:: Inadequate information- Older adults may not have easy access to clear, understandable information about schedules, routes, or fare policies. Older adults are often more vulnerable to accidents and falls, particularly on poorly maintained transportation systems or when crowding occurs. The fear of these accidents may discourage seniors from using public transportation.
