Too many people are forced into certain jobs/fields due to their limited ability to speak English even if they have the knowledge or expertise. From Uber drivers to delivery people they aren’t able to get into Fields. They may be qualified.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Oh good Does technology that helps to translate other languages to English? You should have a program that allows these people to learn the language easier and while allowing them to use the translation technology in job placement arenas.
