Encourage and value pedestrians wishing to enter Prospect Park from Prospect Heights and Crown Heights

What is the solution to the challenge?

By connecting the berms, specifically the islands of greenery dotting the area between Bailey Fountain and Prospect Park, the community can safely be connected to the the bucolic sanctuary of Prospect Park. Or consider syncing the traffic lights between Eastern Parkway and Flatbush Ave so one can enter Prospect Park safely and easily.
