I notice too many buses (not M’s) SI BX Q, etc., that are running almost empty and frequently midtown, causing traffic. Why can’t they stop their routes before getting to midtown and the riders can transfer into their Manhattan destinations? This will save money, congestion, pollution, time and energy!
