Describe the challenge you want to address:: A lot of drug abuse in all the boroughs. We need to help those suffering with this abuse because they'll most likely end up homeless. I witness violence coming from some of these individuals and there not be a way to help them.
What is the solution to the challenge?: Rehabilitation Programs, instead of having individuals suffer in the streets and relying on public spaces, trains and parks for a place to sleep
