There is not a single enclosed space in PLG for dogs to run around in. Not all dogs can be off lease in Prospect Park, especially those that are natural hunters.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Is there a way to get some land use in Prospect Park South to build a dog park there? Somewhere near the skating rink or perhaps somewhere by the nethermeade or the boathouse?
