The challenge is the lack of places to go or things to do after school without having to pay or without the risk of being in danger

What is the solution to the challenge?

A solution is to build/fund more rec centers which would give kids a safe place to hang out while also being a place where they can be comfortable about themselves allowing them to spend their time in picking up a hobby rather than just going home or hanging in the streets.
