Describe the challenge you want to address:

Create more recreational centers so the youth have somewhere to ahngout instead of being on the streets, going down the wrong path. Afterschool, teens deserve a safe place to be with helpful resources. The get themselves into trouble; selling drugs, violence, involved in gangs etc

What is the solution to the challenge?

Creating recreational centers can be achieved by conducting community needs assessments to determine the interestes of local youth and to secure funding. These centers should offer programs like sports, arts and training to keep the youth entertained and off the streets.
