mental health classes / extra curricular activities ( sports , arts , video games ) English ( ESL ) provide supplies that needed ( school , work, or even pantry )

What is the solution to the challenge?

the youth has little to no opportunity to expand there knowledge and invest time into extra activity . most children in the Bronx lack the ability to communicate with those who speak the common language which prevents them from learning and etc
