During times when Bus Lanes are not to be used by drivers of other vehicles - violation of this Traffic Law disrupts the movement of millions of commuters daily. Albeit cameras are installed to ticket active moving violators - there exist many "blind Spots" where cameras can be eluded.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Utilize the NYPD Drones and operators that are deployed at NYC Beaches during Summer months (no need for them at beaches out of season) program the drones to fly up and down the length of specific service areas and take photos for vehicle ID (Lic plates, etc) record total time of violators traffic disruption while sending NYPD Tow & ticketing agents locations to immediately remove vehicles from scene. Also, conduct PSA citywide ad campaign to announce new initiatives. Increased movement of commuters = more productivity and resources for NYC!
