Describe the challenge you want to address:

The youth don't want to go to school. They are hanging out in the lobby, hallways, smoking. Engaging in community violence or misbehaving.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Interesting program that will draw them in positive ways. Youth love to sing and dance so offering music and dance sessions with paid incentives . This will help keep youth out of the streets, help them be more focused and enhance their ambition for great things.
