These vulnerable populations needs the most resources. They're limited in language and skills. Limited English speakers don't have skills to get employed. Veterans need mental health support. Low income people have to work day and night to make ends meet and have no room to improve.

What is the solution to the challenge?

For those who have limited english, public free English class is needed. For low income people, employment training is needed. For veterans, they need mental health counseling. In addition, a resource platform needed for them.
