Manhattan has been impacted over the last few years as population rises. Many are low income and do not have homes. Additionally, migrants have been funded to live in high end hotels. This has made Manhattan look bad.

What is the solution to the challenge?

To solve this problem we should find available housing shelters and jobs. This will clean up the streets and make housing fair.
