Describe the challenge you want to address:

I understand that schools have many after-school programs, but the participation of young people is very limited, perhaps because there isn’t enough incentive or projection for the future in these programs. Our community has great sports centers where they could participate in sports.

What is the solution to the challenge?

My idea is to create sports programs in baseball, tennis, soccer, volleyball, and gymnastics with incentives. The goal is to provide access to these great centers at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, including knowledge of the sport, skill development, as well as academic, health, and personal relationship aspects. Additionally, there will be workshops for parents on how to manage these talents.
