Describe the challenge you want to address:

Youth (age 7/8/9/10) are fighting after school at the NYCHA development, causing safety issues for all residents. It was better in the summer when they weren't in school. 12-3 o'clock especially and at night, it is not safe to walk (gun violence). The parents are not around and don't know what their kids are up to.

What is the solution to the challenge?

After school program for youth, and involve their parents - learn to cook, sewing (machines), sex ed, entrepreneurship. Build responsibility for something they love to do or want to do. Program should listen to what they want to do + implement it.
