Describe the challenge you want to address:
Dog excrement and urine is ubiquitous, and people do not understand what is the proper etiquette for their canines. Please create and publicize a PSA that articulates what the proper procedure is for training and maintaining one's dogs behavior regarding where they can/should "go." Dogs need to relieve themselves on the street side of the curb, or as close to it as they can come, and categorically kept OUT of tree pits, gardens and the fronts of people's private residences and businesses.
What is the solution to the challenge?
AWARENESS and EDUCATION. Signage, radio and t.v. ads, mailed flyers and posters for pet and vets care businesses.
