Describe the challenge you want to address:

The views of the young in separate cultures are at times, unable to express themselves and their culture due to cultural blockage and time concerns due to scheduling and inactivity w/ those around

What is the solution to the challenge?

Increasing open hours of libraries and recreational hours along with increasing quantity of events (esp. for youth) to enable more exposure to culture enable communication among communities and expand educational prowess. This also enables more jobs.
