There are many women who have craft and sewing skills & need to translate their skills into a way to be gainfully employed. Many are immigrant women African, Latina, Eastern European

What is the solution to the challenge?

Create a women's job training center. Have women with skills teach other women their skill. Women can sew or craft at home and sell their wares at markets.
