Describe the challenge you want to address:: High gun violence among youth, lack of safe recreational spaces, and limited opportunities for positive peer interactions.
What is the solution to the challenge?: Launch a community sports league to engage youth in basketball, soccer, and volleyball tournaments, combined with mentoring sessions addressing conflict resolution. Games and sessions will take place on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with weekday evening practices (Wednesday and Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM).
