Describe the challenge you want to address:: so, hear (sic) my cousins and my brother / my old school, PS 163, there is a lot of dog poop in that neighborhood and I have learned 2 years ago that people and animals can get sick because of dog poop. dog poop also has batctierea (sic) and parasites inside of them
What is the solution to the challenge?: one solution is that there can be litter bags all over the communities, and you can fill it up everyday. Another idea is making dog bags cheaper
