Low income people face challenge every day to help them get the services they need access to housing - immigration - HRA and they have a myriad of obstacles when they go to some of these agencies for service.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Expand not for profit org funding so they can provide assistance in accessing the information & services in a timely manor. Trained staff who can providethe services and or assting them to navigate & access the appropriate agencies for the help + assitance they need ie housing vouchers - ID - HRA applications + legal services
