Describe the challenge you want to address:

The issue is that when I ask management to have a tennis association meeting to implement ideas to the tenant /residents, I am denied. We cannot use the amenities, facilities and the bathroom is always lot where the gym is located.

What is the solution to the challenge?

To resolve those who are above the management and owners of Building, so have amenities to mandate that the tenants have the right to use the amenities.
