Describe the challenge you want to address:: There's a lack of trade schools in the Rockaways that fail to provide programs such as cosmetology, esthetics, plumbing, electricity, and music schools.
What is the solution to the challenge?: Develop new programs for the youth that would like to go to a trade school rather than a college. Also, they'll be able to start taking some of the classes while they're in highschool so that when they graduate, they can also graduate with a certificate.
