There's a lack of trade schools in the Rockaways that fail to provide programs such as cosmetology, esthetics, plumbing, electricity, and music schools.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Develop new programs for the youth that would like to go to a trade school rather than a college. Also, they'll be able to start taking some of the classes while they're in highschool so that when they graduate, they can also graduate with a certificate.
