Describe the challenge you want to address:

More people need help with using the computer and applying for benefits. I see people in my community who don't have access to computers and classes to teach people how to use them

What is the solution to the challenge?

There needs to be more access to computers and computer classes. Also people that are low income should get a free computer or laptop that can enforce what they learned from the computer classes. This program needs to be available for a life time.
