Describe the challenge you want to address:

one challenge is the lack of support given to our elderly people. I have heard many people 65+ say that they don't qualify for home health but in reality, cannot afford any services

What is the solution to the challenge?

create a program where the youth ages 16-21 can earn stipends by helping people 65+ with dailiy living activities (shopping, cleaning, cooking)
