Describe the challenge you want to address:: Children (K-12) must learn languages ie Spanish, Mandarin. St Katherin Catholic Academy Flushing teaches children mandarin in grades 1-4.
What is the solution to the challenge?: Children of color in NYC public schools must be exposed ro different languages
