In Iraq, the main community challenge is the diversity of different nations and religions. Iraq is home for many different ethnic groups and the different type of ethnic groups sometimes lead to conflict bur for NYC I will say that immigration adaptation, different languages, job markets which can lead to conflicts of isolation
