Describe the challenge you want to address:: Lack of employment opportunities for new immigrans as well as limited access to mental health services and emotional support for the whole family.
What is the solution to the challenge?: To offer training and support on developing worker cooperatives so that new immigrants can create cooperative businesses, secure employment, and build generational wealth. The program will support the whole family by offering adults English as a Second Language classes, trauma support groups for adults and children, and an after-school program for children focused on academic and social-emotional support.
