Describe the challenge you want to address:: Giving them jobs and life skills.
What is the solution to the challenge?: We would have a company that takes the youth and let them work at a certain age and with whatever struggle they have. It would be after school and from Monday - Friday. Depending on home life and certain situations some will be able to work on weekends.
