Describe the challenge you want to address:: The problem that I see in my community is that a lot of older Hispanic individuals didn't get a chance to learn the language of English.
What is the solution to the challenge?: Since it's harder for older citizens to learn English having a program to teach them English at their own pace can give them the opportunity to finally learn.
