Smokers and Vapors are not only harming themselves but every body around them. They are too easy to get and cause sickness and affects youths education.\n\n</div></dd><dt name=\"textarea-1727191235485-0\">What is the solution to the challenge?</dt><dd id=\"textarea-1727191235485-0\" name=\"textarea\">\n\n<div>Open local health awareness center to try to help people quit and how to avoid or how to help someone else quit. But I don't think that will be enough.
