What is your idea?: A 1yr long community health education campaign that brings free preventative health services to Bronx residents. There will be monthly wellness events in parks, churches, community centers and housing developments. There will be a sheet where all of their blood pressure checks, diabetes, cholesterol and weight is recorded. There will be free screenings. There will also be incentives/rewards for those who bring their #s down.
