Need more youth programs for after school. Teenagers are out of control. Robbing, in gangs, all the killings in our neighborhoods. It's getting harder for the elderly to walk the streets without getting attached. Also the amount of garbage on our streets

What is the solution to the challenge?

Programs for elderly, some of the elderly can't speak English; never mind can't read or write. More after school programs especially for teens
