Describe the challenge you want to address:: I notice that a lot of girls tend to go into certain fields more than others, for instance there seem to be more girls who are interested in arts than STEM, and I feel that that is partly because girls are pushed into certain fields.
What is the solution to the challenge?: Middle and high school girls could sign up to be paired with a mentor, who would be a woman in a random field of work.
