Language access is an issue in the community. there are many members from new, immigrant communities. English proficiency is very limited.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

Full-year English as second language classes to build English speaking capacity in immigrant populations. Bi-weekly classes that will teach participants to speak and write at an intermediary level.
