Since he lives in a youth shelter he is less likely to receive workshops that arent catered towards people with hearing aids. He is less likely to get classes that are accessible to people who are hard of hearing.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

Our idea is to hold sign language workshops after school. Each area will have a school that will teach them sign language after school, that way people like Haruto will be albe to communicate with their classmates adding to their education.
