Barriers are access to resources, as there are also language barriers, which makes it hard for residents to access resources or even be aware of what resources there are at hand.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

Hosting various trainings, workshops and info sessions in different languages, to allow everyone to gain skills sets that can be applied in various industries. This can bring all residents gain cumulative levels of knowledge and skills which can help people gain language, computer, IT , communication, written and career development, etc.
