Due to the language barrier. My demographic has trouble interpreting their rights and does not feel safe traveling outside of their neighborhood.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

We propose community based programs for staten island's english as a second language population. this center will provide edu svc's in eng language as well as civic edu in local government and their laws and to provide the facilitation of much needed edu resources while allowing residents to share there experiences.
