Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:: ASL and ESL classes; 1 year program classes for people to learn english ASL; program can work in collaboration with existing non profits, libraries, schools in the community. interpreters; knowing your rights as a migrant. should be able to feel safe. ASL education programs; youth counseling; more accessibility asl interpreters;
