This project will offer and increase resources, services, workshops, and education to increase quality of life for people with disabilities.

Through this project CIDNY will improve the availability and accessibility of essential services for individuals with disabilities, including housing, healthcare, employment support, and financial assistance. CIDNY will provide comprehensive support services including specialized assistance, accessibility improvements, and community engagement.

Our organization is deeply committed to promoting independence and inclusivity for people with disabilities. We applied for this project because it aligns perfectly with our mission to empower individuals and enhance their quality of life.

This project has the potential to make a significant difference in the community in several key ways: empowerment + inclusion, building connections, and sustainable change. By providing individuals with disabilities access to vital resources and support, the project can empower them and improve their overall quality of life.

CIDNY is really excited about the potential for increased community engagement that this project can foster. I look forward to seeing how we can bring together individuals with disabilities, community leaders, and stakeholders to create a more inclusive environment. I’m eager to witness the collaboration that emerges from these interactions.
