What problem would you like to solve?

Teenagers struggling with mental health issues that their parents dod not understand

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Because mental health care starts early. Early intervention can help teach kids coping mechanisms to dela with anxiety, depression, and trauma.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Station mental health counselors around the community in spaces kids go to, like the local library. The counselors would help teens with issues and help develop coping mechanisms to deal with different mental struggles.

    Who would that help?

    Teenagers

What NYC borough would benefit from your idea?

    Queens
