Lack of knowledge about technology prevents seniors from having access to the internet and to things like email and MyChart (hospital records).

It is important to solve because times are changing and it is important for our seniors to have basic technological skills in order to access available services and resources.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Workshops teaching seniors to use computer technology including email and MyChart hospital records.
