What problem would you like to solve?

Teen dating and partner violence/Teaching self sufficiency to teens (how to pay bills and rent on time, etc.)

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Our youth are falling into dangerous relationships and need to be educated on what partner violence looks like. Also we need to educate our youth on how to build a carer and keep their jobs.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

DV classes, workshops that teach young people about partner violence in addition to money management classes. Invite college reps to come speak on career opportunities

    Who would that help?

    All youth in the community

What NYC borough would benefit from your idea?

    Brooklyn
