Changes at "Safer Public Trains"

What problem would you like to solve?

The problem that we would like to solve is the rise in crime and danger in trains.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This is important to solve because a large portion of the population rely on subway transportation to get to point A to point B. Ever since the pandemic, however, there has been a rise in crime making it dangerous to ride the subway, making riders fear for their safety.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

An idea to combat this issue is increasing security on train platforms and installing cameras at every train station. 

Who would that help?

This would help the vast majority of New Yorkers who take the subway everyday.

What NYC borough would benefit from your idea?

All boroughs would benefit from this idea.
