What problem would you like to solve?

Rent is too high

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

usually in families there is one provider providing for an entire family and the salary is not enough for rent and food and everything. Rent takes most of the salary and the family can't do many other things.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

stabilize rent. build more buildings owned by the city and have the rest be suitable for low income families. But they need to have multiple rooms because the families need space.
