Music and Art are essential to today's society as there are more artist in the area that pursue a career in it

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

It will engage our youth to doing something that isn't drugs or illegal activity

What idea do you have to address the problem?

To bring a music and art program to free hte community and spread diversity and culture throughout
