What problem would you like to solve?

We need to help the community to have more agency and information about how to use electronic applications to receive the services that they need, such as medical forms and government forms.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Many people who need to apply to programs online have a lot of confusion and doubt about how to do this. This is especially true for older people, who don't have a lot of experience with technology.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

We need to have workshops that explain how to complete different types of online forms and that build internet literacy for older people.

Who would that help?

Older people, recent migrants, and families.
